Description
There has been a Robinson Club in the bay of Cala Serena near Cala d’ Or on the east coast of Majorca, since the 1960’s. In 2000 it was decided to demolish the old club and rebuild and extend the facilities.A main priority was to integrate the complex harmoniously into the attractive landscape of pine woodland, small bays and beaches. The design uses the traditional forms and elements of the Majorcan landscape - especially the typical use of water, walls and vegetation. Where possible, native plants are used. Exotic species are used to orientate guests and give spaces that special mediterranean flair.
